1945-1995-2005 Tarik Samarah

Tarik Samarah, author of the "1945-1995-2005" photo, dedicated it to the 10th anniversary of Srebrenica genocide and also 60th anniversary of holocaust.
Samarah "translated" this photo (took in July of 2004, Srebrenica mothers visit the Museum of Anne Frank in Amsterdam) into billboard form (Sarajevo Synagogue) and posters that show up on July 11th, 2005 all over the city of Sarajevo.

APRIL 6 th - ART ACTION BY ŠEJLA KAMERIC and ENES HUSEINČEHAJIC

Šejla Kameric and Enes Huseinčehajic are the authors of a poster dedicated to the Liberation of Sarajevo on April 6 th, 1945. Artist copied text from the existing monument Vječna vatra (Eternal Flame) and ‘translated’ it into the poster form. On the 60 th anniversary, numerous posters were placed all over the city. The action was organized in the framework of De/construction of Monument project, run by the SCCA.
